Stakeholder and Requirements Assessment Report

The deliverable will be a report to document and summarize the main findings of the policy review and the stakeholder needs assessment and provide specifications for a EO FM system to best meet the requirements as input to the initial definition of a Copernicus service (due end of month 6).
