Secure State Sharing and Intelligent Reconfiguration for Edge Computing - M27 release

This deliverable is the prototype implementation with an accompanying report of the secure state sharing (plug-in) mechanisms is be implemented in Task T3.2. These mechanisms are used as a basis for synchronizing the physical and cyber worlds based on the outcomes of tasks T3.4. This is the second of two incremental releases.
