Event Organisation plan

The Start-up Scrums are a transnational summer school event that forms the bedrock of creating ‘born European’ teams. As all partners are not experienced in running international summer schools it is important that a shared protocol is developed joint curriculum from WP1. This will also help with sustainability and repeatability. As the programme web site will contain the instructions for running a similar event. The events will require extensive local planning.
