Background paper on mutual ICT RDI priorities to support ICT policy dialogues between the EU and Asia Pacific

The background paper will include the first version of the recommendations from the thematic workshops on common priorities. It also will include specific chapters on further topics of mutual interest identified, the analysis of concrete potential for R&D cooperation, and the best practices, requirements and demands identified.
