Procurement dossier

Set of administrative documents necessary to execute the procurement stage including the contract notice, invitation to tender, a report on the outcome of the preparation phase of the procurement (e.g. the open market consultation) and their impact on the call for tender, from each beneficiary participating in the joint procurement, a formal and duly signed commitment on availability of the financial commitments to finance the PCP (using the template in Annex 11 of the PCP Model Grant Agreement).
