Regulatory Framework for Data Protection and Ethical Issues

This deliverable is related to the activities to be performed under Task 1.3. The report, which will be compiled in collaboration with the Ethics Advisory Group, will contain a legal evaluation and assessment of the CloudTeams technologies as well as the integrated systems, assessing to what extent the legal requirements have been taken into account. Special focus will be given in the methodologies and policies for data protection and privacy. The shortcomings of the existing legal framework as well as the policies supported by the different systems will be identified and specific recommendations on modifications will be drafted. In addition, this deliverable will provide input to the use cases and the architecture and specification task.
