Preliminary Roadmap to a Cloud Market Structure encouraging Transparent Cloud Pricing – First Iteration

This deliverable, which will have 2 iterations in months 12 & months 24, would be expected to be of benefit to existing and future cloud market participants, including those currently less involved, such as insurance companies, financiers and hedge funds, but will also be a valuable resource for policymakers, stakeholders & the European cloud computing community on how the cloud market structure should develop.
