Risk-based decision making mechanisms for cloud service in the public sector (first iteration)

This report establishes the basis for the methodology targeting the development of risk profiles. Despite the non-sector specific nature of the proposed approach, D3.2 will focus on Public Administration as an initial target for risk profile validation (D3.5).
