Promotional Materials

Promotional audio-visual materials, including flyers, posters, and videos, will be collected. The materials will consist of at least 15 photos (resolution: 3744x5079 pixels [19 Mpix]) and 1 video (resolution: full HD size [1920x1080 pixels], mp4; codec: H.264; average bitrate: between 2500 kbps and 4000 kbps; sound: AAC stereo at 192 kbps). These can potentially be used by the European Commission for promotional/communication purposes. A disclaimer will be displayed at the entrance to all of the sites advising attendees that filming and photography will be taking place. Accommodations will be made for attendees who do not wish to be filmed or photographed; red stickers will be made available which can be worn to indicate that they should not be included in official photography.
