Tentatively 6 workshops approximately every 4 months of the project Each workshop is summarized in a short report describing the addressed areas of project scope agenda participants discussions and conclusions These reports are sent to the Project Officer soon after the workshops and are included in the dissemination reports D43 D45 as appendices or sections m4 m8 m12 m16 m20 m24
