This deliverable will lead to a report that describes the linkage between sectors for each country analysed as described in T11 It will also identify the beneficiaries ERs who will act as supervisors the ERs from POs who will act as cosupervisors This deliverable will identify a the modelling approach empirical analysis and case study techniques data organization and indicators of relevant variables elaboration b data and information that will be collected and entered in the web platform for knowledge sharing with an appendix of instructions for use the web platform for entering all data and information requested for the successful implementation of the activity planned in T51 T52 and T53 According to the overall objective of this research the aim of this report will be to define an operational as well a logical framework to analyse the catching up dynamics from an operational perspective In order to do so data and other quantitative information will be organised from a BM systemic perspective
