Towards the end of the 48 months the network participants will prepare a special issue on the network resukts with a suitable prestigious European scientific journal such as Journal of Physics B where Nikolay Vitanov SOF recently joined its board or European Physical Journal D The proposal for the issue will be made by the participants with guest editors from LIMQUET by contributions from all network participants and invited contributions outside LIMQUET
