QoE monitoring and QoE signalling protocols

This deliverable deals with the problem of monitoring QoE influence factors both in user and network side, while provides a comprehensive study on signalling protocols for communicating QoE influence factors in the network. Task 3.2 and Task 3.3 provide input to this deliverable.
