Summary
The OpenQA platform and its components are evaluated in application settings defined in collaboration with the
application partners. ESR 4 evaluates link discovery w.r.t. users’ trust. ESR 9 evaluates the precision of entity
disambiguation/contextualisation in voice and natural language input. ESR 10 evaluates the output comprehensibility
and conciseness of answers and justifications. ESR 12 evaluates the usability of the interactive disambiguation
workflows. ESR 13 evaluates the usability of the dialogue flow implementation. ESR 14 evaluates the usability of the
visual data exploration and discovery tool.
