Publication of protocols and guidelines for the characterisation of plant viruses discovered with NGS for the scientific community and the plant health

On the basis of experiences gathered through the project and wide expertise of the involved institutions, guidelines for the characterisation of plant viruses discovered by NGS will be prepared.
