Preliminary report on the presence, facilities, mandate, staff of the laboratories involved in the Xf monitoring and surveillance program in the participating countries. it will allow to fine tune and organize the capacity building activities: on-the-job training, seminars on the set-up, safety measures and the needed equipments for the laboratories.
