Characterization of PAR, Crumbs and Scribble in C. elegans larval epithelia

Characterization of PAR, Crumbs and Scribble in C. elegans larval epithelia will involve a) generation of genetic null alleles of members of the Par, Crumbs, and Scribble complexes for which such alleles do not exist yet, and b) analysis of inactivation of members of these complexes on polarity in the intestine and seam cells.
