3rd year report WP3

This report will extend the reporting of WP3 from the status of D3.1, timed when some VPH-CaSE ESRs are expected to have completed their programme of study. The production of these reports is designed to promote both sustainability of the outcomes from VPH-CaSE and further exploitation of research results, e.g. further applications for funding.
