D.4.2 Ethics report - Call 2

Report for each call on ethical issues (M6, M10, M14), containing at least the following: - A list of research projects with ethical issues and a description of which ethical issues it raises; - How have these issues been handled? (information about ethics given to applicants, actions taken during the evaluation and selection process); - Has an ethics committee been involved (if yes, which one)? - Have approvals and licences been obtained? - Have all required follow-up measures been implemented?
