Second year communication report, and updated communication plan

The report concerns the description of communication activities during months 13-24 and the planning for the third year. It includes the planning and the reports on scientific communication (task 8.3), events (task 8.4) and outreach (task 8.6). It is produced by KNAW (WP 8 Leader).
