Metadata description and formalizing documentation procedures

The report will formalize the basic principles and requirements for metadata description (INSPIRE compatibility, keywords, geo-location and parameters are particularly important) and the quality of the resources stored. Where a community has an established methodology, it will be referred to. The report is due in Month 12.
