BlueBRIDGE VREs Operation Activity: Final Report

This deliverable documents the operation of the VREs and it reports on the status of the aggregated resources. The deliverable will also contain a section dedicated to present the performance indicators of the VREs, comparing those to the targeted values, identifying deviations, reasons results and introducing suggestions for recovery.
