Stakeholder engagement implementation and strategy document (TNO,CIUDEN) Different types of users from the public and private sector, each one interested in specific facilities provided by ECCSEL, should be identified and grouped (e.g. public sector: academic researchers, policymakers, research institutes). The specific user groups will be grouped based on their specific interest and the need for services, to arrange for different user groups networking. Networking activities will be focused to align stakeholders in terms of expectations regarding scope of work, schedule, (scientific) progress and cost (fund raising). This deliverable will provide the details (and operation plans) of stakeholder engagement implementation and fully describes the stakeholder engagement strategy.
