High-latitude dataset

High-latitude dataset : This task will yield an example dataset in which the upper atmosphere properties are assessed for a given timespan using the different technologies in the high-latitude region including the observatories at ALOMAR, IRF-Kiruna and NTNU-Trondheim. The dataset shall be made public and accessible to the general scientific community at the latest by the end of the ARISE2 project.
