Summary
D 3.3 Service interoperability framework:
This deliverable will provide a set of observations about service interoperability across services providers. In addition, it will present a selected set of recommendations to be taken into account in further development of the EOSC Interoperability Framework. Organisational, semantic, technical and legal (leveraging work from WP2) will be in scope.
