D 2.1 Open science policies and resource provisioning in the Nordic and Baltic countries (first report): This deliverable will provide a first assessment of the status of open science policies and the provisioning of infrastructure resources and services in the Nordic and Baltic countries. The report will identify gaps with regards to EOSC practices and propose a set of recommendations and a roadmap for aligning with EOSC.
