Service Stakeholder Communications Strategic Plan (2)

Summary
Analyses the current and future service portfolio and makes recommendations for the effective communication of this portfolio across all stakeholder (internal and external) groups. Identifies the key communications goals and methodologies needed on a service-by-service basis in order to maximise outreach and uptake. The plan will be revised (D2.4 M18 and D2.6 M30) in the light of new service developments and experience from the implementation of the strategy.
