Inventory of SSH citation practices, and choice for SSHOC citation formats and implementation planning

This deliverable pertains to task 3.4 under responsibility of CNRS (Huma-Num). Specification of a common SSHOC citation format(s) and providing a timeline for planning the development and enabling of citation and semantic annotation functions for selected SSH catalogues.
