Stakeholders liaison plan

This deliverable will plan the way the liaison activities will be organised, executed and managed for the whole project duration. This deliverable will depend on the input from D4.1 (target audiences) and also on the establishment of contacts with other stakeholders such as e-IRG, that is why it is planned later in the first year.
