Summary
This deliverable will describe the incentives for the enterpreneurs and SMEs to contribute to the PPP (independently of whether they are a contractual party of a project or not) and will provide an engagement plan with concrete actions and responsibilities to address, together with BDVA, the different target groups. It will also include expectations that will allow BDVe to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the ecosystem.
