Standard and protocols for balloon measurements

Report on the evaluation/classification of each small sensors (T, P, GPS, water vapor, CO2, O3, CH4,aerosols Gamma ray) giving precision, accuracy as a function of the pressure, temperature, altitude range detection limit, mass, cost. This classification will be compared to WMO/GCOS ECV requirements.
