Project management plan

The Project Management Plan complements the Consortium Agreement, expected to be signed before the start of the project, and will address: principles, structure and organization of the project governance; structure and organization of the management (budget control, strategic planning, reporting, committees, decision making processes); quality management of project organization and impact assessment; interactions and effective communication with the different boards.
