Financial management and financial reports

Summary
This work package addresses all aspects of project management, in particular monitoring and managing project progress, administrative and financial management, quality control and final reporting. Task 1.1 Implementation of the Project Coordination • Setup of the Steering Committee; • Organization of a kick-off meeting. Tasks of the Steering Committee (SC) • Overall supervision and guidance; • Final approval of the conference concept, structure, program and choice of speakers; • Signing the invitations for speakers and participants; • Final approval of the conference conclusions. Task 1.2 Administrative and financial management Setup of the Organizing, the Program and the Communication Committees and their kick-off meetings (see detailed description of tasks and composition of these Committees under chapter 3.2 Management Structure) • Organization of regular meetings of these Committees to ensure implementation of the Work plan; • Facilitate day to day communication between the various partners and Committees involved; • Supervision of the project implementation by informal bi-monthly progress reports. Task 1.3 Monitoring of the project • Supervising the project by quarterly Steering Committee meetings and providing guidance; • Setup of a survey for feedback on the ICRI conference. Task 1.4 Reporting • Preparing the final management report by CFI (project report including the financial report).
