We will prepare a 3E Expert use manual comprising detailed operation and safety manuals including recommended maintenance for both 3E field operators at our enduser facilities and external technical service personnel who provide operational support services to our clients Manuals will be constantly updated after project closure These will also be used as a training aid for our new staff We will elaborate on a Commercial Training Portal with service support manuals highlighting key 3E features so that all sales personnel are fully apprised of its basic design function and capabilities The content of user manuals and service support manuals will be based on material The manuals will include both written and onlinemultimedia video material and will be translated into Italian Spanish Swedish Finnish Dutch German French and English
