This deliverable will constitute a dual confidentiality report on the design implementation and evaluation of the two pilots as well as the evaluation results Its public version will provide a list of lessons learned from running and refining the COPA EUROPE integrated platform and provide best practices as guidelines for project results takeup by internal and external organizations
