Novel mechanistic assessment of pathways involved in neurotoxicity modulation

This report will summarize the responses obtained by testing the modulation in vivo of the selected biomarkers by neurotoxic drugs The effects of several neurotoxic compounds will be compared with nonneurotoxic drugs in the in vivo characterized models A panel of biomarkers sensitivity and specificity will be produced as well as an assessment of potential clinical translation
