Observatory on sustainable urban food policies and practices

The “CRFS Intelligence Lab”, established at UNIVE (P1), gathering a group of scholars and experts in urban food policies from different spheres (social, political sciences, ), together with agents of the food system arena. Guidelines -designed with IUAV(P38) to establish policy labs in 10 cities and 2 regions to monitor performance and feed the web observatory platform.
