Multi-site research design and methodological framework - update M27

Update of the overall case study framework and methodology, including project-level research questions and the menu of quantitative and qualitative research methods available for data collection on the levels of government (WP4), public health (WP5), community (WP6), and information policy (WP7). The updated version of D3.2. will consist of an overview on what worked and all changes that have been implemented during the project.
