Summary
The project website will be available online from M3 and will consist of a public area and consortium intranet. Communication and promotion materials will lead to D7.2 (each 6 months).The consortium will be actively seeking contact with potential customers from food producing companies, large food distributors and retailers/supermarkets through shared events, communication materials, press relations, etc.Special emphasis will be put in attracting attention of potential customers (in different production chain stages) and show the benefits of SaPher with demonstration workshops at these events. Companies within the consortium, as well as research partners when applicable, will present SaPher in trade fairs of interest for the sectors and industries related to the project outcomes.
