D1.3 Multiscale human whole brain connectome data set

Data set will be available comprising multiscale connectome and microscopic resolution 3D brain areas with realistic measurements of 3D cell densities and morphologies, densities and distributions of neurotransmitter receptors, nested connectomes and axonal conduction velocities, and functional brain imaging data, all directly linked to the probabilistic maps that interface to the macroscopic scale, fully annotated and curated, and organised in the same brain reference framework.
