Assessing FR exposed crop yield at high density and vegetational shade

Task 5.2: Enhancing crop performance at high density. Plants will be grown in dense canopies in the greenhouse and in custom built controlled environment cabinets simulating vegetational shade. Analysis of plant development, performance and fitness, together with molecular studies focussing on mechanism will be performed as in Task 5.1, now with application of DPPs/PhyCs and FR supplementation.
