Manuscript on biochemistry of plant breeding based on elicitors / R-genes and effectors / S-genes of whiteflies and other Superpests on crops

Knock out and knock down of maximally three S-gene targets, determine the site where the S-protein interacts with the effector in the S-protein, generate MicroTom with mutated S-gene, assess the life tables of MicroTom with mutated S-genes.
