Report on development and optimisation of a prototype demonstration reactor system for production of DME

As part of Task 3.2, FEY will report on the construction of a mini pilot demonstration unit at TRL 6 based on the optimisation and scale-up of the selected multichannel reactor design and catalysts developed in WP1 and WP2, for CO2 conversion into DME. References to define the design of the unit will be the single tube reactor provided by ITAE, multichannel TRL6 reactor provided by TEC, and 3.5 kW SOEC stack provided by SP/ICI, as well as process and technology constraints provided by PET and process simulations provided by HTF, HOTO, SP and ICI.
