Guidebook for upgraded decision-making matrix

UPRC and adelphi will work together to further develop and enhance the PROSPECT Recommendations-Decision Matrix tool. This self-assessment tool was deployed in PROSPECT and contains a set of questions, which help to determine which financing scheme will be the most suitable for the local authority to implement for local sustainable energy and climate project investments. It consists an easy-to-grasp checklist that assists a local authority in its first decision-making steps to decide against a set of financing alternatives. The tool will be expanded to provide also other sectors of recommendation (e.g., Transport) or innovative schemes and will be well-adjusted utilizing Adelphi’s financial expertise. The Matrix will contain a quick readiness check before proceeding to the financial scheme selection. Aim is to create a comprehensive quick and easy to use tool for PAs that do not have time to participate in the PROSPECT+ project or to go through the learning materials.
