Sustainability Plan for the CBP - draft

A Sustainability Plan with the inputs of all partners and in cooperation with EUROCITIES. It is a coherent strategy and an effective action plan for the exploitation of the project’s outcomes by the partners in the afterlife of the project. It will compile information about the project’s main findings and lessons learned, as well as present a strategy for the development and use of the digital interface and Toolkit (described below) and include recommendations for future activities.The first draft will be delivered in month 18 and a final in month 36.
