NESOI Facilitating Platform Implementation (M12, M18, M48)

The outcome of this report is linked with Task 2.5. First version will include technical details for the launch of the platform, including the integration planning of other components of the NEF platform, whereas on M18 the achievements on the first version of the integrated platform will be reported. Final version will include the description of the final prototype, including unit tests performed at various layers of the NEF platform
