TA Assessment framework (M19, M34)

This deliverable is the output of task 4.1. after being selected during the two round calls for applicants, the projects will be analysed with regard to their relevant dimensions (i.e. sector of intervention and technology, location, investments, timing for developing) and divided into homogeneous clusters. Moreover, a committed team will be identified for each project.
