Equity crowdfunding component (M12, M18, M48)

This report is one of the outcomes of Task 2.4. First version will provide a demonstrable mockup for the MVP, whereas on M18 a first version of the platform will be available. The final version will cover all the implementation and extensions made to support envisioned features of NEF platform (linked with Task 2.1 specifications).
