This software deliverable will be the deployment of the online catalogues of challenges, needed data sources, and ideas/prototypes of solutions. It will include mechanisms for community-driven population with local challenges & solutions, as well as voting mechanisms for selecting the most important and popular ones. It will be deployed in three iterations/versions.
