D1.1 - Workplan for Development of Common Open Data Language

This deliverable will include the development of common open data language and will be the input for the whole project, including the requirements for the Open Data Training Programme and joint activities. As part of the update procedure of the already described situation, this deliverable will report on the status of open data research at UNIZG. D1.1 includes the organisation of the kick-off meeting which will launch TODO and raise the awareness of open data and open data research at UNIZG.
